La mano de obra mundial se enfrenta hoy a un per\u00edodo cr\u00edtico de inestabilidad laboral y de habilidades. Investigadores de la Universidad de Oxford afirman que el 47% de los trabajos actuales desaparecer\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. El informe Future of Jobs 2018, del Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial (WEF), anticip\u00f3 que 75 millones de puestos de trabajo ser\u00e1n desplazados por la IA, la rob\u00f3tica y la automatizaci\u00f3n, pero sugiere que se pueden crear 133 millones de nuevos puestos de trabajo como resultado del cambio en el trabajo entre humanos y m\u00e1quinas. Los 58 millones de nuevos puestos de trabajo netos resultantes requieren una fuerza laboral humana que posea habilidades digitales competentes. De acuerdo con tales predicciones, el WEF ha lanzado recientemente la 'Revoluci\u00f3n de Recualificaci\u00f3n', cuyo objetivo es brindar una mejor educaci\u00f3n, nuevas habilidades y un mejor trabajo a mil millones de personas para el a\u00f1o 2030.
